How did I get saved?
Coming home from a party I turned on the tv and the Exorcist was on and it freaked me out. I was never afraid of vampires, werewolves, etc but somehow I knew that there was a supernatural realm. I knew that my mom was a Christian and so after talking to her about it she gave me a book by Billy Graham called The Holy Spirit and realized that I needed to place my faith in Jesus for my forgiveness and salvation. I believed in God but had never really understood why Jesus died or why I needed to be saved. But, now I did. I went into my bedroom and at the age of 20 asked Jesus to forgive me and to save me. He did.

Why BTM?
I think its anointed. Secondly, I’m concerned about the spiritual welfare of the United States. Thirdly, and really, this isn’t meant to sound pejorative, but I’m pretty disappointed with what most churches call outreach or evangelism. I believe Stephen is a new evangelist for a new generation and I believe BTM is a truly missional vehicle for reaching today’s youth culture.
